About Pam:

Work Experience
I'm a US-based, Stenograph-certified, NCRA-approved trainer with broad international experience. I've provided training in the US, England, Ireland, Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, and Africa, including courtroom hardware/software setup for UN war crimes tribunals. I also have experience implementing court reporting programs in Cyprus, Nigeria, Botswana, the Virgin Islands, and the US.
Additionally, as a former certified training agent for LEXIS/NEXIS, I have delivered legal research training to judges, attorneys, paralegals, law librarians, and law school students.
My background also includes substantial experience with corporate management teams at Epson International and MICROS Point of Sale systems, enhancing my proficiency in computer technology.

Services provided:
I provide comprehensive setup, support, and training for all Stenograph software applications as well as other computer software, including specialized training on Microsoft Windows operating systems. (see a detailed list of services offered on my Services offered page)

Personal Note:
Outside of my professional commitments, I actively engage in community service at local animal shelters and share my home with my current adopted pet, who brings joy and companionship to my life.

I also dedicate time and volunteer for the H2H project, a nonprofit organization focused on furnishing homes for individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness and for women’s shelters in the Chicago suburbs. Through this initiative, I assist in providing essential household items and support to help these families create stable living environments, making a tangible difference in their lives as they rebuild and transition to a brighter future.
